Obtain High Quality Packing Materials
Be sure to use high quality boxes, totes, packing paper, packing peanuts, and tape so your items are properly protected. You can easily obtain packing materials from local hardware, shipping, or office supply stores. If you are trying to save some money, call your local grocery store and ask them to hold boxes for you, they typically give these out to the public for free.
